Administration of Estates

Our attorneys represent personal representatives in the administration of estates, including filing the petition for appointment of the personal representative, paying decedent's debts, distributing assets, assisting with the transfer or sale of real property, and filing any required inventory or accounting with the Probate Court. 

Guardianship and Conservatorship

Our attorneys represent clients seeking guardianship and conservatorship of incapacitated adults who can no longer manage their personal or financial affairs.  In addition, our attorneys will assist guardians and conservators with the filing of any required personal status reports or accounting to the Probate Court.
